We’ve got a field, we’ve got a fire pit, we’ve got a hot tub, TWO bathrooms this time, and 8 mother freaking beds!! This place has everything you could imagine for a memorable weekend getaway with people who are near and dear to you. This property was hand picked by 5 great minds as the ideal venue to host an end-of-summer/start-of-fall get-together. We hope that you guys have a great time here. 2. Food, Drink, etc.
DRINK: BYOB - but we will be providing some communal alcohol in the form of beer/whiteclaws/vodka/tequila
CHECK IN: 14:00 Friday Afternoon
CHECK OUT: 15:00 Sunday Afternoon
FOOD:
Breakfast: The Betch Council will be providing breakfast for everyone. We have eggs, bacon, orange juice, fruit (berries, bananas, apples), bagels, and bread.
Lunches: The Betch Council will also be providing BBQ food. We have burgers and vegetable kebabs. If you'd like anything else, please bring it. Please bring condiments as well if you have any for folks to share.
Dinners:
Friday Diner: Since we will have fewer people up on the Friday, this meal will be DYOD (do your own dinner). Either on the way up to the cottage or at the cottage.
Saturday Dinner: Please see the meal sign-up spreadsheet to sign up for Saturday Dinner. It would be good to have at least 4 people sign up to cook communal meals for the crew!
Snacks: The Betch Council will be providing some snacks (chips, fruit), but the more the merrier!
Additional Notes: There are Two BBQs (one charcoal and one propane).
PARKING: Please enter the driveway from Foxboro Stirling Rd (the main road) and parallel park on the left side of the driveway.
3. Activities
Lake: The property is on a lake, but it’s not the best for swimming. Lakefield beach is a 2min drive away. Otherwise there is watercraft available at the property.
Hot Tub: WE HAVE A HOT TUB
Fire Pit: WE HAVE A FIRE PIT FOR THE CAMPERS
Field: There is a large field where we can experiment with frisbee, kan jam, spike ball, and anything else folks are down for!
